WARMINSTER, PA TOTALING 18,053 SF

Three prominent retailers to join emerging community center

WARMINSTER, PA – March 28, 2006― Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. has negotiated three new leases totaling 18,053 square feet at Street Road and York Road (Route 263) in Warminster, PA, it was announced by the Conshohocken-based full service, retail real estate firm. 

A 2,400 square foot location has been negotiated for Premier Bank, an affiliate of Fulton Financial Corporation. Founded in 1991 and headquartered in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, Premier Bank focuses on personalized customer service, flexibility and community-based decision-making. This is Premier Bank’s fifth location in the Delaware Valley.

A new 14,353 SF lease was also completed for Rite Aid Pharmacy.  Rite Aid Corporation is one of the nation's leading drugstore chains, with approximately 3,320 stores throughout 28 states and the District of Columbia. 

Starbucks, the premier coffee purveyor, will also lease approximately 1,300 SF. Starbucks Coffee has more than 10,000 retail locations in North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and the Pacific Rim.

“These retailers will be a welcome addition to this highly accessible community center”, said Metro Commercial’s Lisa Rosenfeldt, who negotiated the leases on behalf of the landlord, York Street Associates.
