METRO COMMERCIAL NEGOTIATES NEW LEASE FOR AARON RENTS

Metro Commercial continues expansion program with sixth store in the region.

Pennsauken, NJ – March 24, 2006― Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the region’s premier full-service real estate company has negotiated a new location for America’s leading name in furniture rental, sales and lease ownership, Aaron Rents, Inc. This is the sixth deal that Metro Commercial has negotiated for this retailer over the past three years.

The 8,700 square foot building is located at 6531-35 North Crescent Boulevard in Pennsauken, within a neighborhood center owned by Kadima Associates, L.L.C.

Aaron Rents, Inc. is the nation’s leader in the rental, sales and lease ownership, and specialty retailing of residential and office furniture, consumer electronic and home appliances and accessories.

The lease was negotiated by Metro Commercial’s Vice-President Brent Barbehenn. Barbehenn has successfully negotiated more than 600 lease/sale transactions throughout the New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania and Northern Delaware regions for retailers up to 140,000 square feet.
