The agreement continues the expansion of this casual dining chain in Pennsylvania .

Located at U.S. Route 202 and Matthews Road in Malvern , PA , this new lease will be Ruby Tuesday's twenty-sixth restaurant in the Greater Philadelphia market and its first in East Whiteland Township . Throughout the past several years , Metro Commercial's Brent Barbehenn has negotiated twenty additional leases for this casual theme chain.
