Metro Commercial Negotiates New Lease for Vanity Fair Outlet
BUCKS COUNTY, PA -- November 4, 2005 -- Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the region's premier full-service retail real estate company, has negotiated a new lease for a 67,784 sq ft Vanity Fair Outlet store at County Line Plaza in Souderton, PA.
The original VF Outlet store opened in 1970 as a means of disposing of surplus hosiery, Vanity Fair Lingerie, sleepwear and robes. The original store was 5,000 square feet with a drop cloth separating it from the actual manufacturing machines. The newest location will be located within the 170,000+ sq ft County Line Plaza, which is a community center also anchored by Clemens Supermarkets. The new Vanity Fair Outlet location will replace Ames Stores.
