Pei Wei, a quick-casual restaurant by P.F. Chang's China Bistro, is an Asian restaurant that combines the speed and convenience of a quick service restaurant with the atmosphere and food quality of a casual dining restaurant. Currently there are 73 Pei Wei restaurants in 13 states.

The menu is a diverse collection of dishes from Thailand , Vietnam , Japan , Korea and China . Each dish is wok cooked to order using fresh, high quality ingredients. The moderately priced menu ranges from $1.95 - $6.25 for appetizers and entrées range from $6.25 - $9.00.

Through the efforts of Metro Commercial's Glenn Marvin and Brandon Anapol, Pei Wei plans to open six to twelve 3,000 sq ft locations within the next 24-36 months throughout Pennsylvania , Southern New Jersey and Delaware . The company is aggressively seeking freestanding and end cap availabilities in grocery anchored and lifestyle centers.
