Metro Commercial Negotiates New Lease for Pizza Hut of America

CONSHOHOCKEN, PA – September 27, 2005―Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the region's premier full-service retail real estate company, has negotiated a new lease for a 3,000 sq. ft. Pizza Hut at 202 Marketplace.

Located at 411 Doylestown Road in Montgomeryville, PA, 202 Marketplace is a 70,000 sq.ft. unanchored shopping center whose tenants include JDR Show Warehouse. Metro Commercial's Greg Jones served as the exclusive leasing agent in the transaction.

Founded in 1958, Pizza Hut is a fast casual restaurant operating in 84 countries and territories throughout the world. The Montgomeryville location is slated to open in January 2006.
