Metro Commercial Negotiates Two New Leases for Cosi
The agreements continue the expansion plan for this concept restaurant chain throughout the region.
CONSHOHOCKEN, PA – September 26, 2005―Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the region's premier full-service retail real estate company, has negotiated two new leases for Cosi, a fast casual restaurant: 3,000 sq. ft. in the Yorktown Shoppes; and 2,700 sq. ft. in Willow Grove Pointe. As part of Metro Commercial's exclusive representation of Cosi in the greater Philadelphia region, the restaurant chain has signed two new leases for locations.
Located at 8120 Old York Road in Elkins Park, PA, Yorktown Shoppes is a 60,000+ sq ft newly constructed neighborhood center anchored by Walgreens Pharmacy. Willow Grove Pointe, at Welsh and Blair Mill Roads in Willow Grove, PA, is a new 320,000 sq. ft community center anchored by Lowe's Home Improvement and Sam's Club. Metro Commercial's Steven H. Gartner, Michael Murray, and Craig Sherby brokered the leases in both locations.
