Moderator at the International Council of Shopping Centers

International Council of Shopping Centers 2005 Conference offers educational, networking and mentoring program for retail real estate professionals throughout the region.
PHILADELPHIA, PA – September 14, 2005 ― Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the region's premier

Gartner will be a featured presenter and moderator at the International Council of Shopping Centers ("ICSC") 2005 Idea Exchange conference, to take place September 21-22 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia.
Gartner, who also serves as Operations Co-Chair for the ICSC's PA/NJ/DE region, will lead a "Developers Showcase" discussion on Wednesday, September 21st from 4:30-5:30 PM. The program will offer real estate professionals the opportunity to preview regional projects from some of the nation's leading developers. In addition, the showcase will offer a discussion regarding the economic impact of retail development on the regional economy.
Along with Gartner, panel members will include representatives from PREIT, Edgewood Properties, The Goldenberg Group, Gordon Group Holdings, O'Neill Properties, Realen Properties and Northwestern Mutual Life.
