Metro Commercial Negotiates Lease for Becker Brothers Teacher Supply Store in Seacourt Pavilion

Seacourt Pavilion, located off of Hooper Blvd, and Bay Avenue in Toms River, NJ is a 260,000 square feet shopping center anchored by Loews, LA Fitness, and Marshall's.

Metro Commercial agent Pete Nicholson is the exclusive leasing agent for the shopping center, and leased the space to Becker Brothers. Becker Brothers was represented by Dave Vendor of Colliers L&A.
