Metro Commercial Negotiates Lease for K&G Fashion Superstore in Capitol Plaza

MERCER COUNTY, NJ – August 9, 2005 ― Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the region's premier full-service retail real estate company, has negotiated a new lease for K&G Fashion Superstore, for approximately 20,000 sq. ft in the Capitol Plaza, located in Mercer County, NJ. This will be K&G's sixth store in the Greater Philadelphia market and the first in Mercer County.

Capitol Plaza, located off of Route 206 and North Olden Avenue in Ewing NJ is a 363,000 square feet shopping center anchored by Super G, A.J Wright, Forman Mills, and American Furniture.
