Metro Commercial Negotiates Sale of Springfield's Stoney Creek Shopping
Center to National Real Estate Investment Company for $11 Million
Metro Commercial Realty will serve as the property manager and leasing agent for Stoney Creek
SPRINGFIELD, PA – August 9, 2005 ― Metro Commercial Real Estate, a leading specialist in retail brokerage and property management, recently assisted AMC Delancey Group, Inc., a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based national real estate investment company, in their acquisition of Stoney Creek shopping center located at 453 Baltimore Pike, Springfield, Pennsylvania, for $11 million. Paul Rumley of Metro Commercial Real Estate represented the seller, Principals of Joseph S. Mozino and Company, Inc. and Mozino Trust. Metro Commercial Realty will also serve as the property manager and leasing agent for the center.
The Stoney Creek shopping center includes three buildings, consisting of 79,668 square feet of retail space and 25,209 square feet of office space. The center is currently 89 percent occupied. Strategically situated along Route 320, Stoney Creek is convenient to Interstates 476 and 95, and is five miles from the Philadelphia International Airport.
