Greater Philadelphia, March 22, 2005― Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc., Greater Philadelphia’s premier full-service retail real estate company, has been honored with three NJPA Real Estate Journal ‘Best of 2004’ awards. Metro Commercial was named the second ‘Best Place to Work’ in the New Jersey-Pennsylvania region; Metro’s recent sale of an 80-acre retail property in Mt. Laurel, N.J., anchored by Target, was named one of the ‘Best Retail Leases’; and broker Paul Rumley was ranked among the ‘Top 10 Brokers’ of 2004.

The NJPA Real Estate Journal is the region’s leading publication covering the selling and leasing of commercial properties, promoting services for owners, developers, investors, and brokers. Its annual awards are a juried competition based on submissions and nominations from NJPA’s readers. “We’ve long prided ourselves on providing the highest-levels of service,” says Steven H. Gartner, President of Metro Commercial. “Being recognized by NJPA’s ‘Best of 2004’ is a tremendous pat on the back, and a strong endorsement of our commitment to the community and our employees. After such an amazing 2004, we’re looking forward to an even better 2005.”

In addition to being recognized by the NJPA Real Estate Journal, Metro Commercial was recently named one of the top 40 ‘Best Places to Work in Greater Philadelphia’ by the Philadelphia Business Journal.
