FORMER CIRCUIT CITY, CHERRY HILL
Circuit City, Inc., leading national retailer of brand-name consumer electronics, personal computers and entertainment software, has selected Metro Commercial to dispose of two surplus locations in the Philadelphia area. One location is a 32,000-square-foot former Circuit City store on Route 38 in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, and the other is a 21,725 square foot space along Swedesford Road in Devon, Pennsylvania, that was previously occupied by Just For Feet. The Cherry Hill site, adjacent to the Cherry Hill Mall, became available when Circuit City relocated to East Gate Square in Moorestown. The Devon, Pennsylvania, property is contiguous with a new Circuit City store and in close proximity to Barnes & Noble, Linens 'N Things, Oskar Huber Furniture and SuperFresh.
