SuperFresh, part of the A&P family of supermarkets that comprises 700 stores nationwide, turned to Metro Commercial to dispose of three locations in the Philadelphia area. Metro agents Steve Niggeman and Glenn Marvin delivered by disposing of these properties:
· +/-33,000 square foot, freestanding location at the corner of Rhawn & Torresdale Avenues in Northeast Philalelphia.
· +/-26,000 square foot store in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, in the Plymouth Square shopping center at Ridge & Butler Pikes.
· +/-32,000 square foot store at the Marketplace at Westtown on Route 3 in Westtown, Pennsylvania.
