OfficeMax, another household name in office supplies and furniture with almost 1,000 superstores and delivery centers, has engaged Metro Commercial to sublease their 23,500 square foot store at the Marketplace at Plymouth. Located at Ridge Pike & Alan Wood Road in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania, the shopping center attracts customers to big-name co-tenants Home Depot, Circuit City and BJ's Wholesale Club. Steve Niggeman and Glenn Marvin are handling this property on behalf of OfficeMax. Steve and Glenn have already successfully subleased an OfficeMax at the Rising Sun Plaza at Rising Sun and Adams Avenue in Northeast Philadelphia, PA. Value Furniture and Mattress subleased the 30,000 square foot building.
