METRO COMMERCIAL
MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Nina Kilroy, CPM, has been named President of Metro Commercial Management Services, Inc. Nina is also a principal in the company, which she joined in 1995. During her tenure she has personally managed over 1.5 million square feet of retail space in the tri-state area. Current clients include The L & B Group, J.P. Morgan and the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia. In addition to her property management duties, Nina has overall responsibility for eight property managers and directly supervises the staff at Gallery II in Philadelphia and Camp Hill Mall in Camp Hill, PA. In the past two years, the 600,000-square-foot enclosed Gallery II mall has undergone major enhancements with Old Navy leasing 32,000 square feet of space on two levels and Burlington Coat Factory leasing three floors of the vacant JC Penney anchor space. For 10 years prior to joining Metro, Nina was Director of Property management for Linpro Princeton Realty in Plainsboro, N.J., with full responsibility for contract negotiations, lease administration, budgeting and personnel management. A licensed real estate agent in New Jerseyand Pennsylvania, Nina also is a Certified Property Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management. In 1995 she served as President of IREM's Southern New Jersey Chapter.
