ADDS SIX NEW CENTERS
Metro Commercial Management Services, Inc., has added another six shopping centers totaling 1,109,845 square feet under their management portfolio. The new clients include CIGNA, T/A Associates Realty, Catskill Realty Associates, Michael Pavel, GFS Realty, Inc., and The Archon Group. Nina R. Kilroy, CPM, President, announced that the current portfolio of 5,400,000 square feet includes 47 centers in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and Delaware.
A 524,000 square enclosed shopping center located at the crossroads of Rt. 15 and Rt. 81 in Camp Hill, PA. This property is anchored by Boscov's, Barnes and Noble and Zany Brainy along with 50 other in-line tenants and a food court. This property is owned by CIGNA and has a full property management staff on site including a marketing department.
A 259,000 square foot center located in North Wales, PA. The center is anchored by Best Buy, Borders, Toys R' Us and Frank's Nursery. In addition, Ground Round, Friendly's, Boston Market, Pizza Hut and Kinko's occupy pad sites and there are an additional 10 in-line tenants. This center is Asset Managed by T/A Associates Realty out of Boston with Jill Higgins assigned as Property Manager.
Shoppes at Smithville
A 101,000 square foot center located off Route. 9 in Smithville, New Jersey. This center is owned by Michael Pavel and managed by Marge Kilroy. The center currently houses 14 tenants.
Ames Plaza
A 127,845 square feet center located in Catskill, NY. There are eight tenants in this property including AMES, Family Dollar and Radio Shack. Ames is owned by Catskill Realty Associates and the assigned property manager is Peter Parino.
