Hollywood Video

      Hollywood Video is disposing of three locations in northeast Pennsylvania. The world's second largest video chain with over 1,800 stores has entrusted Metro Commercial, through its affiliation with Excess Space Disposition, Inc., to find new occupants for these properties:

. 5,000 square feet in the Larkins Corner Shopping Center, 635 Conchester Road, Upper Chichester, Pennsylvania.
. 7,000 square feet in the Bell Run Shopping Center, 1218 Welsh Road, North Wales, Pennsylvania.
. 7,500 square feet in the Lehigh Shopping Center, 2182 Union Street, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Dunkin Donuts

  A former Dunkin Donuts at 4706 Oxford Avenue in Philadelphia is for sale. The 3-story building with approximately 1,000 square feet of ground floor retail space is priced at $225,000. Metro is handling the transaction through its connection with Excess Space Disposition, Inc.

Tastykake

  The Tasty Baking Company, one of the largest independent baking companies in the U.S. with annual sales of more than $250 million, has picked Metro Commercial to dispose of six former Tastykake Thrift outlet stores in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mike Murray will be the agent handling the disposition of the following properties:

. Location: Tastykake Thrift Store, Tops   Plaza, 1763 Route 27 (Lincoln Highway),   Edison, NJ. Size: 1,850 SF. Expiration:   5/31/2006.

. Location: Tastykake Thrift Store, Lakeview   Plaza, Clifton, NJ. Size: 2,240 SF.   Expiration: 4/1/2006.
. Location: Tastykake Thrift Store, Cutler   Plaza, 154-156 Baltimore Pike, Springfield,   PA. Size: 2,500 SF. Expiration: 4/1/2006.
. Location: Tastykake Thrift Store, Cardiff   Plaza, Unit A3, 6701 Black Horse Pike, Egg   Harbor, NJ. Size: 1,800 SF. Expiration:   12/1/2005.
