| Hillview Shopping Center, one of South Jersey's premier power centers, located in Cherry Hill, continues its strong performance with the recent addition of Worldwide Wholesale Floor Covering and Bare Feet Shoes. The property, which is owned by Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, is located adjacent to the Cherry Hill Mall. With the addition of these two leases, which comprise 63,000 square feet, the center is now 100% leased. Anchor tenants within the center include a 26,000 square foot PETsMART, a 38,391 square foot Babies-R-Us, a 86,770 square foot Kohl's and a 130,915 square foot Target. The Hillview Shopping Center was the first South Jersey location for both Kohl's and Target. Metro Commercial has been the property's Exclusive Leasing Agent for the past two years, with the most recent deals filling the 50,000 square foot former HomePlace Store with Worldwide Floor Covering and the former Card & Party Giant space with Bare Feet Shoes. Dan Brickner and Tom Londres are the Metro Commercial agents responsible for the leasing of this property. Phil Yurkow, president of Metro Commercial Construction Services, serves as construction manager for the tenant improvements in connection with the Worldwide Floor Covering lease.
