Metro Commercial Continues Its Program As The Exclusive Tenant Representative for Donatos PizzaMetro Commercial has been named the Exclusive Tenant Representative for Donatos Pizza, supporting its growth in the Greater Delaware Valley. Acquired by McDonald's in 1999, the 200-plus store Columbus, OH-based chain has opened 10 locations in the Delaware Valley including restaurants in Cherry Hill, Gloucester Township and Woodbury, NJ, as well as Eddystone, Exton, Feasterville, Flourtown, Horsham, Lansdale and Royersford, PA. Most recently, Metro Commercial assisted Donatos in negotiating a 3,000 square foot lease agreement at Hartford Corners, a new retail project anchored by Lowe's Home Center and ShopRite, which is located at the corner of Route 130 and Fairview Boulevard in Delran, NJ. Metro Commercial agents Brent Barbehenn, Mark Gerlach, Tom Londres and Mike Murray comprise the team working with Donatos. This is the first Northeast market Donatos has targeted in an aggressive national expansion program. Typical Donatos restaurants occupy 2,700 to 3,000 square feet and are either freestanding or outparcels in multi-tenant centers.
