The nation's largest outdoor catalog company, L.L. Bean, with sales of $1.2 billion last year, opened its fourth retail store in August 2002. Representation by Metro Commercial enabled L.L. Bean to find an excellent location within The Promenade at Sagemore, the 350,000-square-foot Lifestyle Center in Marlton, New Jersey. The new 30,000-square-foot store offers everything from casual apparel to sporting goods to items for the home. Along with Organized Living, the store serves as one of the Lifestyle Center's two main anchors. Other tenants include Banana Republic, J. Crew, Lucky Brand Jeans, Boss, P.F. Chang's, Coldwater Creek, J. Jill and Talbots. Davis Enterprises was the developer for this newest L.L. Bean, which joins the company's flagship store in Freeport, Maine, and two stores in the Baltimore area - at The Mall in Columbia and Tysons Corner Center. Metro represented the tenant in conjunction with Divaris Real Estate Group within the Realty Resources Network.
