123 South Broad Street is the left half of the Wells Fargo Building and the left set of doors as you face the building As you enter the building, please sign in at the main desk.  Use the set of elevators to the right.  We are on the 18th floor.  After leaving the elevator, walk to the end of the hallway with the directory sign, take a right at the sign, and walk to the end of the hall.  Our Metro Commercial Real Estate sign will be on your right. From North of Philadelphia in Pennsylvania - Follow I-95 South to Exit 22. Take 676 West/Central Philadelphia Exit. Follow 676 West to the first exit which is Broad Street/Central Philadelphia. This exit will bring you onto 15th Street. Continue on 15th Street until you see City Hall on your left. Bear left around City Hall. Make a right at the first light, which is Broad Street. Take Broad Street two blocks to Sansom Street. We are located in the Wells Fargo Building on your left. From South of Philadelphia (Philadelphia International Airport) in Pennsylvania - Follow I-95 North to Exit 22. Follow signs for 676 West/Central Philadelphia Exit. Exit to the left. Follow 676 West to the first exit which is Broad Street/Central Philadelphia. This exit will bring you onto 15th Street. Continue on 15th Street until you see City Hall on your left. Bear left around City Hall. Make a right at the first light, which is Broad Street. Take Broad Street two blocks to Sansom Street. We are located in the Wells Fargo Building on your left. From East of Philadelphia in Pennsylvania - Benjamin Franklin Bridge to 676 West/Central Philadelphia Exit. Get on 676 West, then take the first exit, which is Broad Street/Central Philadelphia. This exit will bring you onto 15th Street. Continue on 15th Street until you see City Hall on your left. Bear left around City Hall. Make a right at the first light, which is Broad Street. Take Broad Street two blocks to Sansom Street. We are located in the Wells Fargo Building on your left. From West of Philadelphia in Pennsylvania - Take the PA Turnpike to Exit 326, which is the Valley Forge Exit. When you exit, take 76 East to Exit 344, which is 676 East/Central Philadelphia Exit. Take the second exit, which is Broad Street/Central Philadelphia. Stay in the right hand lane as you exit. Make a right at the light, which is 15th Street. Continue on 15th Street until you see City Hall on your left. Bear left around City Hall. Make a right at the first light, which is Broad Street. Take Broad Street two blocks to Sansom Street. We are located in the Wells Fargo Building on your left. From New Jersey Turnpike - Take Turnpike to Exit 4. Take NJ Route 73 North, follow onto NJ-90 West which becomes Betsy Ross Bridge. Exit bridge onto I-95 South to I-676 West to Central Philadelphia, and follow directions from East of Philadelphia in Pennsylvania. Parking is available: The Midtown Garage - 1415 Sansom Street 1300 block of Sansom Street – Lot is on the left hand side of the street. Patriot Parking - 1305 Walnut Street; 1315 Walnut Street From Septa Regional Rail Service - Exit at Suburban Station 15th and JFK Blvd. Walk south towards Sansom Street. Upon reaching 15th and Sansom, make a left and walk toward Broad Street. The Wells Fargo building will be facing you across Broad Street. From Septa City Hall Station - Follow signs stating Exit to Broad Street. Walk South towards Sansom St. The Wells Fargo building will be facing you across Broad Street. From Septa Subway Lines - Exit at Walnut - Locust Station. Walk up the steps to your right titled Fidelity Building. From Princeton, New Jersey: Follow Route 206 South toward Trenton to I-95 South. When I-95 splits, bear to the right to Route 1 South. Follow Route 1 to Exit 28, I-276, Pennsylvania Turnpike, West. Follow the PA turnpike (Route 276) to Exit 25A (Mid-County Interchange) to I-476 South (bear left as exit ramp splits). Continue on I-476 South to Exit 16 – Valley Forge (old exit 6). As you exit, stay to the right and follow signs for Route 23 – Conshohocken. At the traffic light at the end of the off ramp, turn right onto Matsonford Road and proceed to the second traffic light (Front Street/Route 23) - **See local directions below. **LOCAL DIRECTIONS Tenants and visitors: From the traffic light at Front Street/Route 23, proceed straight through the light and cross the bridge in the right lane and make the first right onto Elm Street. Make a right at the next corner (Harry Street), cross the railroad tracks, then turn right onto Washington Street. Turn left into the first driveway and park in the designated VISITOR spaces in front of the building or turn left into the garage and park in the designated VISITOR spaces on the first level. From New York and North: Take the New Jersey Turnpike South to Exit 4. After exiting the tollbooth, follow the sign to Route 73 North. From Route 73, make a right at the first light onto Fellowship Road. Follow Fellowship Road approximately 1 mile and turn left into the parking lot at 303 Fellowship Road. From Philadelphia and West: Take I-76 east (Schuylkill Expressway) to I-676 (Central Philadelphia). From I-676 take the Benjamin Franklin Bridge exit. After crossing the bridge, follow the signs for Route 70 and Route 38 (stay on the left hand side). Follow the exit on the left for Route 38 East. Take Route 38 approximately 6.4 miles and after passing the Moorestown Mall make a right on Pleasant Valley Avenue. Follow Pleasant Valley Avenue to the first light and make a right onto Fellowship Road. Turn right into the parking lot at 303 Fellowship Road. From the South (I-95): Take I-95 North to the Walt Whitman Bridge exit in Philadelphia. After crossing the bridge, stay to the right and take the exit for I-295 North.
