Paul has been with Metro Commercial since 1996, operating out of the Mt. Laurel, NJ office. Working primarily as a Landlord representative, Paul has completed more than 200 lease and sale transactions. Listed among his clients are Brandywine Realty Trust, J.P. Morgan, Crow Holdings and Deutsche Bank. He also has extensive development experience. Although his preference is to work with land and freestanding buildings, he still represents shopping center developers, most recently leasing a new Cherry Hill center to 100% occupancy. His most recent large transaction is the sale of an 80-acre tract in South Jersey.

Paul lives in Medford Lakes, New Jersey with his wife, Dayle. He has 2 sons and 2 grandsons and his hobbies include bass fishing, kayaking and mountain hiking.
