Kurt has been with Metro Commercial since 2001 and specializes in investment sales. His territory consists of all of New Jersey, Delaware and Central and Eastern Pennsylvania. Metro Commercial has been highly successful in the sale of shopping centers and has sold over 100 shopping centers ranging in size from 7,000 to 525,000 square feet. To date, Kurt has been involved in numerous transactions and works closely with his brother, Paul, who leads investment sales at Metro Commercial.

Kurt resides in his hometown of Haddonfield, NJ. He graduated from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado with a history degree and enjoys motorcycling and boating in his spare time. Kurt is a licensed broker in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and is a member of ICSC and Realty Resources.
