Based in our Pennsylvania office, Donna Drew is the newest addition to the Metro family. With over 20 years experience in the real estate industry and an emphasis on Tenant Representation, Donna, brings a solid background in commercial real estate to her position as leasing representative.
Donna was most recently with Michael Salove Company. Prior to that she was a leasing associated with Scotmar Properties, where she leased first-class shopping centers throughout the Philadelphia area owned by Kranzco Properties and Konover Development, among others.
Donna has represented the site selection needs of such prominent retailers as TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Home Goods, AJ Wright, Dollar Tree, EB Games and Dots. She also has extensive knowledge in restaurant leasing, having concluded transactions representing Cracker Barrel and Brinker International, which is responsible for Macaroni Grill, On the Border, and Corner Bakery Café.
Most recently, she brokered the $40.5 million sale of Swedesford Plaza in Devon, PA to Wharton Realty.
Donna is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Realty Resources, and resides in Philadelphia, PA.
