Michael Murray possesses a wide range of retail brokerage expertise including tenant representation, landlord representation and land acquisitions.  Mike started at Metro Commercial in 1999 as a Sales Consultant.  During this time, he has negotiated more than 250 lease/sale transactions throughout Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey for retailers ranging in size from 1,500 square feet to 75,000 square feet. 

Mike has also coordinated the leasing efforts for several major retail centers such as Arena Hub Plaza, Wilkes Barre, PA (400,000 SF), Cardiff Plaza, Egg Harbor, NJ (140,000 SF), Park Place Plaza, Vineland, NJ (125,000 SF), as well as numerous other shopping centers ranging in size from 10,000 square feet to 250,000 square feet.

In addition, he successfully disposed of over 200,000 square feet of surplus property for national retailers such as A&P, Eckerd Drug, Jiffy Lube, Blockbuster and Tastykake. 

Mike has also assisted in the expansion efforts of several fast casual restaurant chains such as Cosi, Donatos Pizza and Saladworks.  Additionally, he has developed marketing and expansion strategies for national retailers such as Carters, Osh Kosh, Value City Furniture, Rite Aid, Verizon Wireless, HCX (Haircolorxperts) and Tastykake throughout the Greater Philadelphia region.

Mike is a current member of ICSC and Realty Resources.  He’s a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University.
