Michael Gorman possesses a wide range of retail brokerage expertise including Tenant representation, Landlord representation, and land sales. Since joining Metro Commercial in September 2004, Michael has been working with the real estate team to produce lease and sales transactions all throughout New Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania.

During Michael’s tenure at Metro Commercial, he has successfully represented Landlords for several major area shopping centers including Hunterdon Shopping Center, Flemington, NJ (106,000 SF), Paddock Plaza, West Long Branch, NJ (125,000 SF), and East Gate Square, Mt. Laurel, NJ (900,000 SF).  East Gate Square is the largest open-air shopping center in the Philadelphia area at 900,000 SF.

In addition to his shopping center work, Michael has also had a strong focus on Center City Philadelphia, where he has coordinated the leasing efforts for a variety of retail spaces downtown along Market, Chestnut, Walnut and Locust Streets. 

On the Tenant Representation side, Michael has assisted in the expansion efforts of many major retailers including Citibank, Burger King, Mealey’s Furniture, Le Creuset, New Balance and AC Dental.  In 2007 alone, Michael completed 14 Citibank deals in the Philadelphia Metro area.

Michael is a member of ICSC and a licensed Sales Consultant in PA and NJ. He is also a member of the Collingswood Borough Planning Board. Michael is a graduate of Villanova University.
