Lauren McDermott joined Metro Commercial in 2004 as Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator.  One of her primary responsibilities is providing high-level support to Tom Londres, a Principal of the firm.

She assists Tom on accounts including Target, PetSmart, BJ’s Wholesale Club, and Sports Authority. Lauren, who is a licensed Sales Consultant in both NJ and PA, also plays a critical role in the company’s LOI negotiations, property tours and strategy sessions. Additionally, she determines what day-to-day requests, issues, communications, and decisions should be handled directly or referred to team members.

Lauren is a graduate of The College of New Jersey and a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers).
