Dan joined Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. in 1994 and specializes in Landlord and Tenant representation throughout the tri-state region.

Based in our Conshohocken, PA office, Dan has represented the area’s premier owners/developers including Lend Lease, Kimco Realty, Regency Centers, Cypress Equities, Vornado, Pineville Properties, Inland US Management and The Walters Group among others.  Dan’s expertise extends from coordinating leasing efforts in the redevelopment of existing shopping centers to ground acquisition and the pre-leasing of shopping centers.  In addition, Dan has coordinated the disposition of excess space for various retailers throughout the region including Staples, Regal Entertainment, SuperFresh, Eckerd and Rite Aid.

Dan is currently responsible for leasing approximately 2,000,000 square feet of existing space and pre-leasing over 1,000,000 square feet of proposed development.  In 2007-2008 Dan was responsible for adding over 1,500,000 square feet of retail space throughout the region.  Completed transactions include leases with Costco Wholesale Corporation, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Best Buy, Lowes Companies, The Sports Authority, Circuit City, Acme, PetSmart, Christmas Tree Shops, Ross Dress, A.C. Moore and many others.

Dan is the lead member of numerous Tenant Representation Teams and a key member of various successful expansion programs.  Dan’s exclusive tenant relationships include BJ's Wholesale, J.C. Penney, Target, Regal Entertainment, The Children's Place, and The Men’s Wearhouse among others.

Dan earned a B.A. from Boston University in 1989 and is a member of ICSC.
